Gratitude, awe, relaxation, elevation, joy, contentment, love, curiosity, appreciation, courage, pride, self-compassion, compassion, hope, laughter, peacefulness, serenity, or inspiration.
The more tools you get in your tool belt, the more happiness and life satisfaction you’ll experience!
